Our Services
Running a business in Georgia means navigating tax filings, financial reporting deadlines, and compliance requirements. Our services are designed to take all of that off your plate accurately, on time, and without surprises.
Below is everything we do, who it is for, and what you can expect.
Correct Declarations. Clean Books. Audit Ready.
A missed declaration, an incorrectly filed tax return, or disorganized books can lead to fines, blocked RS accounts, and problems during a tax audit. In Georgia, the Revenue Service expects accurate and timely filings, and the penalties for getting it wrong add up fast. Whether you are an Individual Entrepreneur filing monthly SBS declarations or an LLC managing profit tax and property tax obligations, your accounting needs to be right from the start.

- Individual Entrepreneurs with Small or Micro Business Status
- Standard LLCs (non-VAT and VAT-registered)
- LLCs with Virtual Zone Status
- LLCs with International Company Status
What to Expect
Every declaration is filed correctly and on time. Your General Journal is maintained in accordance with Georgian law. Mandatory reports are submitted to the Statistics Office. Your RS account is monitored for discrepancies before they become a problem. When audit season comes, your books are clean and ready.

If you miss the deadline, you receive a notice with an extended deadline of 1 to 6 months. Fail to submit by the extended deadline, and the penalty doubles.

- Submission to Georgia's Government System (saras.gov.ge)
- Entity category determination for your business
- Audit coordination (if required for your business size)
